These Terms & Conditions apply to the Arena District Property Information Messaging program operated by Arena District Development ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Arena District, you agree to the following terms.

Program Description

Arena District is a 156-acre commercial real estate development in Hidalgo, Texas. This messaging program sends property information packets, follow-up communications, appointment reminders, and development updates to prospects who call our business phone number to inquire about available commercial lots.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive 1-4 text messages per inquiry over a 14-day period. Recurring messages may be sent for follow-up purposes and property updates.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any charges that may apply.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive text messages from Arena District by voluntarily calling our business phone number at (956) 732-7000 and verbally consenting to receive a property information packet via text message. You may also opt in by texting START to our business number.

Opt-Out

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by:
